Spheris Expands Senior Management Team
Spheris adds Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, Diane Seloff.
Franklin, Tennessee May 03, 2005 Spheris, the leading global outsource provider of medical transcription technology and services, today announced the addition of a senior vice president of corporate development to its senior management team.Diane Seloff joins Spheris in this newly created position and will be responsible for developing and coordinating short- and long-range programs to accelerate Spheris' market competitiveness and organizational excellence.

Seloff brings to Spheris 20 years of development, consulting and management experience in the healthcare, financial services, technology and manufacturing industries. She began her career as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen, and over the next two decades rose to management positions with companies such as Bankers Trust Company, BT Services Tennessee, KPMG, ChannelPoint and McGraw-Hill. Prior to joining Spheris, Seloff served as the Director of Consulting Services for the Vanderbilt University Center for Better Health where she supported healthcare organizations in the design and implementation of changes to their processes, organizational structures, policies and technology. Her contributions led to the significant improvement of quality and delivery of care.
Seloff serves on the board of Samaritan Recovery Community, Inc. and the Educational Policies Committee for University School of Nashville. She holds a bachelor of science in industrial and operations engineering from the University of Michigan and a master of business administration from Columbia University. She lives in Nashville with her husband, Herb, and their two sons, Jacob and Jeremy.
