Provista Awards Agreement to Spheris

Spheris to be the First Provider of Clinical Documentation Technology, Services to Provista

Franklin, Tenn. — November 20, 2007 — Spheris has been selected as the first awarded supplier of medical transcription technology and services by Provista, one of the nation's leading group purchasing organizations. Under the parties' agreement, Spheris will provide Provista customers with a full range of clinical documentation technologies in addition to industry-leading outsource services.
