Clarity Complete is a Web-based application that can be accessed from any PC with access to the Internet. Users can run on-demand management reports for summary information on the status of dictated and transcribed documents, as well as on the volume of documents that are awaiting issue resolution. In addition, customized searches can be created for one-time use or saved for regular access.
I need the ability to build and save customized searches that are used on a frequent basis, and to ensure that my team is using the same search criteria to ensure consistent, reliable results.
The search functionality in Clarity Complete allows users to build and save searches using a combination of multiple criteria, including job status, patient information, author information, date ranges, work types and others. Search criteria can be saved for later use and distributed to team members to ensure consistent results.
My home-based coders and chart analysts need easy and immediate access to dictation and transcribed documents.
As soon as dictation is complete, the voice file is available to users with access to Clarity Complete. Voice files can be reviewed by any user with Internet access and a valid user name and password. This allows coders to review voice files and complete the coding process even before a transcribed document exists.
